OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement or refund warranty for 30 days from arrival. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved promptly.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@oovoos.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before return, please contact us to get return address and info about how to return by emailing info@oovoos.com. 

Upon the receipt of your package, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oovoos.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. But do not worry, you can return it after arrival.
